How To Tackle SAT Math!

When taking the math portion of the SAT, remember to pace yourself and make sure that you check over your work if you have time. Also, make sure that you work each
problem out and write down any important information that may help you solve the question you're answering.

The math section of the SAT has 58 questions. You have 80 minutes to complete the questions. Part of the math portion is calculator-inactive the other part is calculator-active.
Depending on if you are on the calculator-active page or the calculator-inactive page, you should spend about 1 minute and 15 seconds per question on the calculator-active ones
and 1 minute and 26 seconds for the calculator-inactive ones.
